Harian Jogja | SLEMAN: Kabupaten Sleman kekurangan pegawai Kecamatan. Dari 17 kecamatan yang ada, pegawainya kurang dari jumlah ideal, yakni 35 sampai 40 pegawai per kecamatan.

"Sekarang rata rata ada 25-30 pegawai setiap kecamatan, masih kurang ideal. Khusus Depok idealnya 50 pegawai," kata Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Sleman, Iswoyo Hadiwarno kepada Harian Jogja dikantornya, Jumat (25/2).

Menurut Iswoyo, kekurangan pegawai dikarenakan rasio antara kuota penerimaan PNS dan kebutuhan pegawai yang kurang seimbang. Belum lagi jumlah pegawai pensiun setiap tahun cukup banyak.

Tahun lalu, dari sekitar 1.500 formasi CPNS yang diajukan ke Kementrian Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara, hanya disetujui 194 formasi. Kuota tersebut masih dibagi lagi untuk tenaga teknis, guru dan kesehatan.

Untuk kekurangan pegawai kecamatan, lanjut Iswoyo, kebutuhan lebih dominan di tenaga teknis. Karena tidak semua pegawai melayani di kantor saja. Namun juga ditempatkan di UPT yang ada di kecamatan terutama UPT pendidikan, misalnya staf Tata Usaha.

Disingung kebutuhan tambahan tenaga per kecamatan, Iswoyo menyebutkan berkisar antara 10 sampai 15 orang. Pada CPNS 2010, Sleman hanya mendapat jatah 42 orang. Jadinya jumlah tenaga dibagi untuk 13 kecamatan yang paling membutuhkan.(Harian Jogja/Sumadiyono)
