Retribusi Uji Kendaraan Gunungkidul Naik

GUNUNGKIDUL: Pemilik kendaraan di Gunungkidul yang hendak melakukan pengujian berkala kendaraan bermotor sebaiknya bersiap merogoh kocek lebih dalam. Pasalnya tarif retribusi pengujian berkala kendaraan bermotor Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi, dan Informatika (Dishubkominfo) Kabupaten Gunungkidul dipastikan naik hingga 100 persen.


Hal itu disampaikan oleh Muhammad Edi lestari selaku kepala Unit Pelayanan Teknis (UPT), Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor, (PKB) Dishubkominfo), Gunungkidul saat ditemui Harian Jogja, Senin, (20/6) di kantor Dishubkominfo.


Menurut dia, kenaikan itu merupakan hal yang wajar karena sejak 2000 lalu, Dishubkominfo Gunungkidul tidak pernah menaikkan tarif retribusi.


"Kota DIY lainnya seperti Wates, serta Sleman tahun ini sudah ketiga kalinya mereka mengubah tarif. Sedangkan Gunungkidul baru menginjak yang kedua kali sejak 2000 lalu," bebernya.

Ditambahkannya, selama ini tarif lama tidak mampu mencapai target yang dibebankan Pemkab dan juga untuk menutup biaya perawatan alat uji berkala milik Dishubkominfo.


Edi Lestari menjelaskan, mulai Juli pihaknya akan melakukan sosialiasi kepada peserta KIR. Targetnya pada November nanti sosialisi akan rampung dan tarif baru mulai dilaksanakan.


Kenaikan tarif tersebut mengacu pada Peraturan Daerah No 2 tahun 2011 pasal 8 ayat (2) tentang Retribusi Berkala Kendaraan Bermotor. Kenaikan tersebut di antaranya pada pemeriksaan/pengujian mobil penumpang umum, yang sebelumnya hanya Rp8.000 namun pada November nanti biayanya Rp10.000. Mobil bus kecil sebelumnya hanya Rp10.000 naik menjadi Rp15.000, sementara mobil bus besar besar yang sebelumnya hanya Rp12.000, menjadi Rp22.500.


Biaya penggantian plat uji yang sebelumnya hanya Rp2.500, nantinya akan naik menjadi Rp7.000. Buku uji, yang sebumnya hanya Rp5000 akan naik menjadi Rp15.000.(Harian Jogja/Kurniyanto)
