Kunker DPRD Bantul Telan Setengah Miliar Lebih

BANTUL—Puluhan anggota DPRD Bantul kembali mengadakan kunjungan kerja (kunker) ke luar pulau Jawa. Kali ini, anggaran yang dikeluarkan mencapai setengah miliar lebih. Padahal belakangan, Bantul menuai banyak sorotan lantaran 71 persen APBD habis hanya untuk belanja pegawai.

Kunker anggota dewan ke luar Jawa tersebut merupakan kali ke dua pada tahun ini. Bila tak ada aral melintang, puluhan anggota dewan beserta stafnya tersebut bakal berangkat Selasa (26/7) hingga 30 Juli nanti. Kepala Bagian Persidangan DPRD, Endang Krisvianti saat ditemui, senin (25/7) mengatakan, seluruh anggota dewan atau sebanyak 45 orang mengikuti agenda rutin tersebut didampingi dua hingga tiga orang staf tiap komisi (total empat komisi).

Sesuai Satuan Harga Barang dan Jasa (SHBJ), tiap peserta menghabiskan biaya hingga Rp10 juta. Komplit untuk biaya transportasi, akomodasi, konsumsi hingga biaya lainnya. Bila dihitung dengan perkiraan minimal, yakni 45 anggota dewan di tambah delapan orang staf komisi (satu komisi dua orang staf), artinya ada 53 orang peserta kunker dengan menalan biaya hingga Rp530 juta.

“Jumlah pastinya berapa peserta belum tahu, tapi 45 orang itu pasti berangkat. Stafnya ada yang dua ada yang tiga orang satu komisi. Pak Sekwan (sekretariat dewan) juga berangkat,” ungkap Endang.

Rinciannya, Komisi A bakal mengagendakan kunker ke Mataram (Nusa Tenggara Barat) untuk membahas masalah perizinan, kependudukan dan pemerintahan desa. Komisi B berangkan ke Bali dengan agenda mengenai Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Sementara Komisi C berangkat ke Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan) dengan agenda kunker mengenai perencanaan pembangunan dan kebijakan penataan kawasan pantai. Terakhir Komisi D juga berangkat ke Bali untuk membahas masalah pendidikan dan kesehatan. Endang memastikan, kunker ke luar pulau Jawa kali ini bukan yang terakhir untuk agenda studi komparasi 2011. “Ini yang ke dua, masih ada lagi, tapi pasti jumlahnya berapa tahun ini tanya ke pak Sekwan saja,” katanya.
