YOGYAKARTA– Dinas Pertanian DIY menjamin berbagai komoditas pokok mampu mencukupi kebutuhan masyarakat selama Ramadan nanti. Khusus untuk beras, tingkat produksi mengalami surplus melebihi dari konsumsi rutin masyarakat.


Kepala Dinas Pertanian DIY Nanang Suwandi mengatakan, secara garis besar komoditas pemicu inflasi yang menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat di wilayahnya masih dalam kondisi aman. Hingga Agustus, bahan pokok seperti beras,telur,dan daging sapi masih mencukupi kebutuhan. Sedangkan sayuran serta bumbubumbuan, di antaranya cabai serta bawang merah pasokannya tidak mengalami kendala.


“Masyarakat tidak usah khawatir mengenai stok.Pasokan masih aman untuk memenuhi penduduk DIY yang mencapai 3,5 juta jiwa. Kami terus berkoordinasi dan memantau bersama asosiasi-asosiasi yang langsung tahu kondisi di lapangan,” katanya kepada wartawan, kemarin. Saat Ramadan, sebenarnya konsumsi masyarakat DIY per kapita tidak berbeda dari bulan reguler.

Hanya yang bertambah pengonsumsi dari tamu atau pengunjung yang datang di wilayah Yogyakarta di momen mudik. Sampai Agustus, ketersediaan beras mencapai 47.796 ton, sedangkan konsumsinya sebesar 7,7 kg/orang/ kapita/bulan atau ditotal kebutuhan selama bulan tersebut hanya 27.280 ton beras.


Jadi DIY dinyatakan masih surplus 20.516 ton. Tentang daging sapi, ketersediaan sapi siap potong 4.371 ekor per bulan dan masih ada tambahan pula pasokan dari luar sebanyak 639 ekor.Total populasi sapi potong di DIY ada 336.000 ekor.“Di DIY,konsumsi daging sapi 25.691 kg per bulan dan jumlah yang tersedia 48.125 kg per bulan. Sehingga surplus sebanyak 22.434 kg,” papar Nanang.


11 Pasar Murah di Jateng


Terpisah, Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Jawa Tengah Ihwan Sudrajat mengatakan, selama Ramadan Pemprov akan menggelar 11 kegiatan pasar murah yang tersebar di sejumlah lokasi. Enam kegiatan pasar murah di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan dan sisanya digelar sejumlah satuan lain di lingkungan Pemprov.


“Dinas kami menyiapkan 6.000 kupon pembelian bahan kebutuhan pokok dengan harga yang lebih murah,” ujarnya,kemarin.
