Di bagian sampul, terdapat logo Keraton Yogyakarta dan di bagian atas dihiasi tulisan timbul (emboss) berwarna emas. "Undangan lainnya berwarna jingga, khusus pimpinan dan anggota DPRD DIY," ujar Kuskasriyati.

GRAj Nur Astuti Wijareni, yang kini bernama Gusti Kanjeng Ratu (GKR) Bendara, akan menikah dengan Achmad Ubaidillah, yang kini bergelar Kanjeng Pangeran Harya (KPH) Yudanegara, pada 18 Oktober 2011.
