Pesan inilah yang ditangkap kemarin siang saat Aliansi Masyarakat Peduli Yogyakarta menggelar demonstrasi menuntut Pemilihan Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota (Pilwalkot) Yogyakarta yang bersih dari money politics (politik uang). Supaya pesannya sampai ke masyarakat, aksi dilangsungkan dari Gedung DPRD Kota Yogyakarta menuju titik nol kilometer.

“Rakyat harus jeli memilih pemimpin. Jangan sampai memilih yang melakukan kecurangan dan membagikan uang,”desak koordinator aksi, Aza El Munadian. Menurut dia, pilwalkot di Yogyakarta hampir sama dengan daerah lain.Tidak sedikit pasangan calon yang hanya menebar janjijanji manis. Buntutnya, mereka justru melakukan pelanggaran pemilu dengan membagikan uang,mencuri start hingga pelanggaran lainnya. “Panitia Pengawas Pemilu (Panwaslu) harus menindak semua bentuk pelanggaran (pemilu),“ tandasnya.

Aksi kemarin berlangsung damai. Beberapa spanduk dan poster ikut dibentangkan untuk mengingatkan para pemilih agar berhati-hati memilih. Para pendemo juga mengadakan aksi teatrikal. Kekhawatiran potensi politik uang bakal terjadi memang wajar.Terlebih,aparat kepolisian sudah mengendus kegiatan yang melanggar Undang-Undang Pemilu tersebut.

Pasalnya, aparat Polsekta Danurejan berhasil mengamankan empat orang yang diduga akan melakukan politik uang. Kapolresta Yogyakarta Kombes Pol Mustaqim melalui Kapolsekta Danurejan Kompol Irfan mengungkapkan, penangkapan empat orang tersebut terjadi pada Jumat (23/9) sekitar pukul15.30 WIB di Wisma Flamingo, Bausasran,Danurejan. Penangkapan bermula dari kecurigaan adanya kemacetan di jalan sekitar Wisma Flamingo saat petugas melakukan patroli.

Ternyata kemacetan disebabkan keramaian di depan wisma itu. “Dari sana, petugas kita ada yang dari Reskrim dan Intel melakukan pemantauan dan menemukan adanya kecurigaan,” terangnya kemarin. Empat orang yang diduga akan melakukan tindakan politik uang ini langsung diamankan di Polsekta Danurejan.

Untuk proses penyelidikan temuan tersebut, kasus ini langsung ditangani petugas penyidik dari Penegakan Hukum Terpadu (Gakumdu). “Untuk penaganan dan pembuktian ditangani Gakumdu,”imbuhnya. Sementara itu, Aulia Reza Bastian, salah satu calon Wakil Wali Kota (Cawawali) Yogyakarta, diketahui tidak memiliki hak suara. Cawawali pasangan nomor urut satu ini belum genap enam bulan menjadi penduduk Kota Yogyakarta,sebagai syarat dasar untuk memiliki hak pilih pada pemilihan kepala daerah (pilkada).

Dari penelusuran KPU Kota Yogyakarta,Aulia Reza Bastian merupakan pria kelahiran Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan. Dia terhitung menjadi penduduk Kota Pelajar sejak 28 Desember 2010 lalu.“Artinya belum genap enam bulan menjadi penduduk Kota Yogyakarta,” kata Anggota KPU Divisi Sosialisasi,Data dan Informasi Titok Hariyanto,kemarin.
