Polda Pecat Empat Polisi

DEPOK - Jajaran Polda DIJ memberhentikan empat anggota secara tidak dengan hormat selama kurun waktu Januari-September 2011. Empat polisi itu dipecat karena terlibat berbagai masalah pelanggaran. Keempatnya masing-masing Briptu PJP, 31, anggota Satuan Brimob yang dipecat karena meninggalkan tugasnya secara tidak sah dalam waktu lebih dari 30 hari kerja secara berturut-turut.
Briptu DMW, 30, dipecat sebagai akibat tindak asusila di wilayah Seyegan, Sleman. Bripda AI, 31, dari Polres Bantul mempunyai skumplin (pelanggaran disiplin) lebih dari tiga dan telah dipidana penjara enam bulan.

Terakhir Brigadir SMR, 33, dari Polresta Jogjakarta yang dipecat lantaran melakukan tindak pidana penggelapan dan meninggalkan tugas selama lebih dari 30 hari. SMR dihukum penjara selama tiga bulan.
’’Empat anggota itu diberi sanksi pemberhentian tidak dengan hormat (PTDH) alias dipecat sesuai aturan institusi kepolisian. Baik pelanggaran disiplin, tidak profesional atau penyalahgunaan wewenang,’’ ungkap Kabid Humas Polda DIJ AKBP Anny Pudjiastuti.


Menurut Anny, sanksi dijatuhkan kepada setiap anggota kepolisian sebagai bentuk pembinaan personel. Itu sesuai tugas dan fungsi Polri yang menjadi pelindung, pengayom, dan pelayan masyarakat. Seorang anggota Polri sudah seharusnya bertindak jujur, adil, kreatif, dan tidak berpihak pada siapa pun. ’’Polisi harus bekerja sesuai pedoman dalam Tribata dan Catur Prasetya,’’ imbuh Anny.

Lebih lanjut Anny mengatakan, dibanding tahun 2010, angka pelanggaran disiplin anggota Polda DIJ menurun. Tahun lalu sebanyak lima anggota yang diberi sanksi pemecatan, tiga orang diberhentikan dengan hormat, dan seorang lagi dipindahtugaskan ke luar daerah atau tour of duty (TOD).

Tindakan tegas Polda DIJ terhadap anggota yang melakukan pelanggaran diapresiasi positif Jogja Police Watch (JPW). Ketua JPW Asril Sutan Marajo mengatakan, pemberian sanksi merupakan tindakan lumrah. Hanya, Asril mendesak Polda juga memberikan sanksi tegas kepada para pejabat berpangkat perwira yang terindikasi melakukan tindak pelanggaran. Baik pelanggaran kode etik atau disiplin. ’’Lihat saja, pemecatan hanya kepada polisi berpangkat brigadir. Polda tidak boleh tebang pilih,’’ ujarnya.

Menurut Asril, pengawasan terhadap polisi tak lagi mutlak menjadi tugas para pejabat Polri. Masyarakat umum pun berwenang turut mengawasi. Jika ada polisi yang menyeleweng, Asril mengimbau siapa saja yang mengetahui hal itu segera melapor ke Polda atau satuan wilayah terkait. Jika perlu, JPW siap menjembatani pelaporan terhadap anggota polisi yang melakukan tindak pelanggaran. (yog)
