Sultan akan Kembalikan Kelebihan Sumbangan Pejabat atas Pernikahan Putrinya

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, YOGYAKARTA - Gubernur Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X mengatakan akan mengembalikan kelebihan sumbangan yang diberikan para pejabat pada saat pernikahan putri bungsunya Gusti Kanjeng Ratu Bendara dengan Kanjeng Pangeran Haryo Yudanegara.

"Jika nanti hasil penghitungan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terhadap sumbangan itu terdapat kelebihan yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan dan aturan negara, saya akan mengembalikannya," kata Sultan yang juga Raja Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat di Yogyakarta, Kamis (20/10).

Menurut dia, sejak awal rencana pernikahan putrinya, KPK sudah melakukan pendataan secara administratif. Misalnya, dengan memberikan nomor urut pada setiap sumbangan untuk memudahkan pendataan.

Selanjutnya, KPK akan melakukan pengecekan jenis sumbangan dan ditentukan apakah masih memenuhi ketentuan atau tidak. "Sejak awal sumbangan itu sudah diberi nomor, misalnya terima amplop dinomori, begitu pula dengan barang. Jadi nanti tinggal mengecek nomor tersebut," katanya.

Ia mengatakan pemeriksaan KPK tersebut dimaksudkan untuk menghindari adanya kemungkinan gratifikasi. Hal itu karena Sultan merupakan pejabat negara, termasuk istrinya GKR Hemas yang merupakan Wakil Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPD), dan menantunya KPH Yudanegara adalah pegawai negeri sipil (PNS).

"Pejabat negara memberikan sumbangan uang, misalnya maksimal hanya Rp1 juta, sehingga jika melebihi angka itu, maka kelebihannya harus dikembalikan ke negara. Hal tersebut merupakan ketentuan dari KPK," katanya.

Menurut dia, jika telah dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh KPK, maka pihak keluarga otomatis akan mengumumkan hasilnya kepada publik. "Jika sudah diperiksa KPK, kami akan mengumumkan hasilnya kepada publik. Nanti KPK akan menuliskan hasil pemeriksaan dan penghitungan sumbangan itu," katanya.

Saat menikahkan putri sulungnya Gusti Kanjeng Ratu (GKR) Pembayun dan putri ketiganya, GKR Maduretno beberapa tahun lalu, sumbangan yang diterima Sultan juga diperiksa KPK. Hasil pemeriksaan KPK pada waktu itu menunjukkan tidak ada indikasi gratifikasi.
