SNMPTN : Server Ngadat, Nomor Ganda di Mana-Mana

YOGYAKARTA - Pelaksanaan ujian tulis hari pertama seleksi nasional masuk perguruan tinggi negeri (SNMPTN) di wilayah Jawa Tengah dan DIY kemarin mengalami banyak gangguan.

Panitia sempat dibuat repot akibat tidak optimalnya server yang dipergunakan untuk proses pendaftaran secara online calon peserta ujian dan banyaknya nomor ujian yang sama. Kasus nomor ujian ganda terjadi di Yogyakarta, Solo Semarang dan Purwokerto. Di Yogyakarta, nomor ganda antara lain muncul di UGM,UNY dan UIN. Jumlah nomor ujian ganda mencapai puluhan.

Akibat kondisi tersebut, peserta yang namanya tidak tercantum didalam ruang ujian langsung difasilitasi dengan memanfaatkan ruangan terpisah. Peserta tetap tidak dirugikan dan diikutkan tes lantaran sudah membayar dan memenuhi seluruh persyaratan administrasi. “Adanya kejadian ini langsung kami buatkan berita acara sebagai evaluasi,” ujar Ketua Panitia Lokal SNMPTN Regional Yogyakarta Budi Prasetyo.

Rektor UNS Ravik Karsidi menyatakan di UNS, nomor ujian ganda ditemukan ada empat buah. Dari empat nomor tersebut,setiap nomor dimiliki oleh dua peserta. Dengan kata lain, dari empat nomor tersebut melibatkan delapan peserta. Dari informasi yang dia terima, kasus nomor ganda paling banyak terjadi di Semarang. Munculnya nomor ganda ini terjadi akibat kesalahan saat pembayaran di Bank Mandiri.

Untuk itu, panitia lantas memberikan nomor baru pada peserta. Nomor baru itulah yang dimasukkan ke Lembar Jawab Ujian (LJU) sehingga peserta tidak dirugikan.“Temuan lainnya adalah terdapat peserta yang salah datang ke lokasi ujian. Ada tiga peserta yang salah datang ke lokasi ujian,” jelas Ravik. Selain nomor ganda, Panlok Yogyakarta juga mencatat terdapat lebih dari 100 nomor pin pendaftaran yang tidak dapat dipergunakan oleh peserta dalam registrasi.

Pihaknya juga menemukan beberapa calon peserta yang tidak dapat melakukan registrasi pendaftaran secara online. Dua calon peserta dari Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) meski sudah membayar tidak dapat melakukan registrasi dan tidak bisa menjadi peserta seleksi. Terkait dengan nomor pin yang tidak berfungsi ini, ternyata juga terjadi secara nasional. Tercatat nomor pin yang tidak berfungsi tersebut mencapai ribuan jumlahnya.

“Dari 540.000-an peserta secara nasional, ada sekitar 9.000-an pin yang tidak berfungsi,” ungkap Bendahara Umum SNMPTN Rochmat Wahab. Sementara itu,total peserta SNMPTN di Korwil II Jateng- DIY mencapai 79.284 peserta. Rinciannya di Semarang 23.664 orang, Solo 17.389 orang,Yogyakarta 30.510 orang dan Purwokerto 7.721 orang. Di Semarang, tiga peserta salah teridentifikasi sebagai tuna netra.

Padahal ketiganya adalah peserta dengan kondisi tidak berkebutuhan khusus. Ketiganya kemudian diberikan pelayanan sama seperti peserta normal lainnya.Ketiga peserta SNMPTN itu, adalah Eko Hardianto yang mengikuti SNMPTN di FMIPA Unnes, Sutejo yang mengerjakan tes di FE Undip,dan Adi Herdianto yang mengikuti tes di SMK Negeri 3 Semarang.

Ketua Panitia Lokal 42 SNMPTN Semarang, Agus Wahyudin mengatakan, bahwa berdasarkan data yang masuk ke Panlok 42 Semarang,ketiga peserta tersebut memang terdaftar sebagai penyandang tuna netra.Namun, saat dilakukan pengecekan sebelum ujian, ketiganya bukanlah penyandang tuna netra.“Karena tidak tuna netra,mereka diperlakukan sama dengan peserta lainnya,”paparnya. -
