Kepala Dukuh Jetis, Desa Argomulyo, Aris Munandar, Kamis (28/7), tidak membantah munculnya binatang buas dari lereng Gunung Merapi tersebut.


"Memang ada di ladang tebu di sisi timur Dusun Jetis. Beberapa kali warga melihat satu induk macan bersama dengan tiga anaknya yang keluar masuk area ladang tebu tersebut," katanya.


Menurut dia, meski dirinya belum pernah melihatnya secara langsung, namun sudah banyak warganya yang melihat langsung.

"Kalau dari jenisnya tidak tahu namun yang jelas terlihat berwarna hitam," katanya.
